February 20 Wed- 12-8pm
Rocking and rolling to release– self myofascial release techniques. 8 hours
*February 21- Thurs 9-4pm
Support your floor– pelvic floor health  6 hours (prerequisite) May also be taken online
February 22-23 Fri-Sat- Mat only is from Friday 9-5 / Saturday 9-12  Equipment is Saturday from 1-5pm
Pre and Postnatal Pilates Specialist (16)   Friday Mat   Saturday Mat and Equipment
February 24 Sun- 9-5pm
The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery– 8 hours
February 26-27 Tues-Wed- Tuesday Mat only -9-5pm  Wednesday Equipment 9-5
Pilates for Menopause– 16 hours  Tuesday-Mat Wednesday-Equipment
