The Movement Method™ is a comprehensive exercise curriculum that has been designed for women by women. It is based on the female anatomy and physiology with program design for the different stages of a women’s life. The Movement Method™ will inform the instructor on the differences in application to exercise for the female body and includes the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the feminine psyche.
The Movement Method™, through coursework will encourage women to be more knowledgeable of their physical bodies, to appreciate their differences and to take responsibility for their own health and fitness.
