CAM Diastasis Recti Recovery- Singapore (Authentic Movement)

March 1, 2026

Taught by Audrey D’cotta

Description

A fascia-focused, nervous-system-informed approach to core healing.

The CAM Diastasis Recti Recoveryâ„¢ course offers a comprehensive, whole-system method for assessing and rehabilitating abdominal wall separation. Rooted in over two decades of research, this training integrates the four foundational principles of Regulate, Release, Realign, Restoreâ„¢ to address not only the structural components of diastasis recti but the breath, fascia, and nervous system patterns that shape recovery.

Participants learn the interconnected anatomy of the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and abdominal wall and fascial connections, alongside the vital role of pressure management, sensory awareness, and functional movement. The approach is gentle, progressive, and restorative—designed to rebuild integrity, coordination, and confidence without bracing, strain, or over-recruitment.

What You’ll Learn
  • The anatomical, fascial, and functional foundations of diastasis recti
  • Key contributing factors: breath dysfunction, fascial tension, pressure mismanagement, movement habits
