We have developed exercise programs that are designed for women from the ground up. We teach from the female anatomy and physiology, the feminine psyche and include all the subtle bodies – the emotional, mental and spiritual that have an impact on the physical. We understand the different needs of the woman as she exercises through pregnancy, postnatal, menopause and the later years of her life and how these changes affect her fitness needs and goals.

Utilizing breathwork, pelvic floor exercises and myofascial release techniques, this rehabilitative course equips you with the skills you need to help your clients release, realign and restore the core musculature.  The program offers a series of deep stabilizing exercises with progressions that will allow you to progress towards your regular exercise program, if that is your goal. The deep understanding of the working of your body will ensure the prevention of a recurrence of this condition.

Support, Sustain and Strengthen women through important health issues

Carolyne Anthony’s Women’s Health & Exercise Certification™ program offers teacher training programs for Fitness/Pilates and Yoga Instructors in prenatal, postnatal, menopause, Pelvic Floor and Diastasis recti, as well as other women’s health issues. These programs will equip the experienced instructor with a solid foundation to create a lifestyle that is truly in tune with the feminine psyche.

Certification consists of pre-requisites, modules and electives taught by Faculty and Adjunct Faculty on many different aspects of Women’s Health and Exercise.

THE GENTLE BIRTH PROJECT™

Helping women help themselves through pregnancy and beyond

In this program, instructors are trained in the gentle art of movement for birth coupled with the ancient art of binding and massage for the postpartum woman. Early postpartum rehabilitation and reactivation of the muscles are combined with nutritional information. A program dedicated to infertility is included.

Pink Ribbon Certification Program

Post-operative workout enhancing recovery

The focus of this online course is to provide the participants with a knowledge base that is essential to the successful evaluation of the breast cancer survivor, from diagnosis to treatment, recovery, prevention of lymphedema and proper exercise guidelines and protocols.
