CAM Menopause Pilates Equipment – Sydney, NSW, Australia

November 1, 2026

Taught by Lauren Jones

Description

This course applies the principles of The Carolyne Anthony Method to the Pilates Equipment, offering movement professionals a practical and intelligent approach to supporting women during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. As hormonal changes influence fascia, bone density, muscle mass, sleep, balance, and pelvic floor function, the Pilates equipment become highly adaptable tools for rebuilding strength and confidence without overwhelming the system.

Participants will explore movement sequences that improve circulation, enhance load-bearing capacity for bone health, restore functional core and pelvic floor support, and promote a sense of vitality during this stage of transition. Emphasis is placed on breath-led, fascia-aware, and joint-respectful exercise that honors fatigue patterns, nervous system regulation, and changing energy needs.

Rather than focusing on loss or decline, this course reinforces the reality that movement during menopause opens the door to renewed power, resilience, and joy in the body. With thoughtful modifications and progressive programming, professionals will learn to create Pilates Equipment sessions that help women move well, feel well, and thrive throughout midlife and beyond.
