Support Your Floor™ reframes pelvic floor training by moving beyond isolated strengthening to a fully integrated, functional, and fascia-aware method. Grounded in the four principles of The Carolyne Anthony Method™—Regulate, Release, Realign, Restore™—this program teaches how the pelvic floor works in harmony with the breath, nervous system, abdominal wall, hips, and the wider fascial network.

This course supports women through every stage of life: pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, aging, and recovery from diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction. With an emphasis on nervous-system regulation, myofascial release, and functional movement, participants learn to restore balance, resilience, and ease to the pelvic floor as part of the whole body.
