Description
Pre and Postnatal Movement Theory
This prenatal and postnatal fitness course is a foundational component of The Carolyne Anthony Method designed to equip movement professionals with the knowledge, sensitivity, and skills required to guide women safely and effectively through the physical, physiological, and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum. It honors the continuum of womanhood before, during, and after childbirth, emphasizing a nervous-system-informed, fascia-aware, and functionally-restorative approach.
What You’ll Learn
Pre and Postnatal Movement Theory is available online or in person and is suitable for movement educators seeking a curriculum that blends traditional perinatal care practices with progressive, evidence-informed strategies.
