This course introduces The Carolyne Anthony Method of self-myofascial release using our specially-designed Sensa Balls and Pods® alongside 4 key foundational principles: Regulate, Release, Realign, and Restore®. It explores how soft, responsive tools can be used to awaken sensory awareness, reduce myofascial tension, and promote a deeper body-mind connection, ideal for use with clients who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum healing, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menopause.

Sensa Ball® Training is suitable for fitness instructors and healthcare professionals looking to gain an in-depth understanding of integrative, fascia-focused movement therapy through proven techniques grounded in somatic science and experiential anatomy.
