A Somatic Approach to Myofascial Release & Nervous System Regulation
This in-person training combines two signature components of The Carolyne Anthony Method™—Sensa Ball™ self-myofascial release and Rocking to Release™ neuroregulation. Using softness, rhythm, and sensory awareness, you’ll learn how to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, menopause, trauma, chronic pain, and patterns of hypertonicity.
Rooted in the four principles—Regulate, Release, Realign, Restore—this course blends somatic science with experiential anatomy to create a responsive, body-led approach to movement and recovery.

- Exteroceptive and interoceptive techniques to heighten body awareness

- Integration from micromovements to functional, fluid patterns
