Description
Sensa Ball® & Rocking to Release® introduces the Release principle of The Carolyne Anthony Method™ through two complementary approaches to self-myofascial release. Sensa Ball® uses soft, responsive pressure to increase sensory awareness and address fascial restriction, while Rocking to Release® uses gentle, rhythmic movement to encourage nervous system regulation, fascial mobility, and whole-body unwinding. Together, they progress from sensory awareness to movement and flow, preparing the body for Realign and Restore.
Yes. I would make this a single integrated course, while preserving the distinction between the two techniques: Sensa Ball® uses sustained exteroceptive input; Rocking to Release® uses rhythm and movement-based unwinding.
What You’ll Learn
This course will teach you how to:
- Apply the Regulate, Release, Realign, Restore® framework to self-myofascial release
- Understand fascia as a continuous network connecting the body
- Use soft pressure and exteroceptive input to increase body awareness
- Develop interoception and proprioception through sensory input and movement
- Use rhythm and rocking to support nervous system regulation
- Progress from subtle micro-movements into larger multidirectional movement
- Encourage fascial mobility, hydration, and elasticity
- Address restrictions that may limit mobility and efficient movement
- Integrate breath, pace, focus, rhythm, and flow into release techniques
- Adapt techniques for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor health, menopause, aging, and individual client needs
