Simple, functional exercises that will begin your recovery after the birth of your baby.


Recovering from the birth of your baby can be frustrating and seemingly complicated with conflicting information out there. This recovery program was designed by an experienced fitness and Pilates instructor who is also a birth and postpartum doula. The exercises are designed to gradually restore your body safely and gently taking into consideration C Sections, Diastasis Recti and Pubic Bone separation.

This program requires Myofascial Release and Soft White Balls.
Postpartum Belly Binder is recommended for use with the program.
